Why Affiliate Terms and Conditions Are Problematic for Responsible Organizations

Anyway, that’s aside, when I went through the T’s and C’s there, it said that you have to agree to affiliates this stuff. I’m thinking to myself, wait a second. If I had taken the same use case and brought it to the TCR to bring it back to something realistic, they wouldn’t pass. They would not pass terms and conditions based on code of conduct by the carriers to actually send out texting. So they would have to change those T’s and C’s. You cannot have affiliates, but wait, Soamos, I’m a rest board. I’m a licensed responsible organization again. I have to be part of that group. Why am I forced to give you information then? Why am I forced to on a marketing type angle as opposed to, you’re supposed to support me as a rest board? That’s your job. I’m a responsible organization.
