Noah Rafalko lives in the greater Boston area of Massachusetts and travels the country frequently attending trade shows and events as a guest speaker. As CEO and co-founder of TSG and as a member of the SOMOS advisory board, Noah helps shape the telecom industry through his tireless efforts to create a more equitable marketplace, one that embraces new technology while maintaining a clear course of stability. Working with industry partners, the FCC, and as an active participant in the CTIA, Noah is committed to eliminating collusion and the anti-trust problems that have plagued the telecom industry for almost a century.

Working in positions such as Network Administrator, Product Technical Advisor, VoIP engineer, and VP of Technical Operations, Mike is the kind of talent that makes a company into something more than its constituent parts by using his expertise to transform it into a nexus of ideation and execution. Mike holds certifications for CCNA, A+, and CVE 5 as well as possessing high levels of skill with VoIP, SIP, Telephony and Cloud Computing.
When asked about his favorite thing at TSG Mike says, “What I love best about TSG is our focus on our Employees and our culture of Customer Service. We try to build a company that is employee focused and focused on delivering the best service possible to our customers.”
Heather Burlingame redefines perfection every day for TSG. As operations manager Heather is the linchpin that ensures that all services are delivered perfectly and expediently. A Resp Org Trained Communications professional, Heather’s skills in planning and balancing the needs of the team and organization enhance TSG Operations by leaps and bounds. Heather is a frequent recipient of praise and gratitude from TSG Customers and vendors. A recent letter of commendation from a TSG Customer puts it best:

Over a 20 year career, Mitch has helped companies from large Fortune 500 organizations (Nestle Water Division North America & Home Depot Corporate) to small start-ups come to life and he brings this proactive spirit to the team, day in and day out. As an ally and keen problem solver, Mitch is an invaluable component to the TSG Team.
