David Vaughan has spent more than 28 years in the telecom industry and has been with TSG Global since 2008. He is responsible for customer relations and communications, helping educate and empower clients to use voice, text messaging and other forms of communication to connect with their communities. Vaughan also handles several other duties for TSG Global as network administrator, voice and messaging engineer, product consultant and operations and billing manager.
Prior to working at TSG Global, Vaughan was service manager at PC Assist, Inc. where he oversaw shop staff responsible for maintaining office networks and systems for a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises. Vaughan lives in North Carolina and has a B.S. from North Carolina State University.
