A strategic leader, visionary and customer advocate who challenges existing paradigms, Alex Eastwood inspires the TSG Global team to take a deep-dive into the “whys” to help us make informed, data-driven decisions. Aside from experience as a full-stack software developer, he is also a decentralized, distributed ledger technology (blockchain) expert.
Eastwood was formerly the chief product officer for ATL Communications, America and Canada’s first and largest independent RespOrg where he managed millions of Toll-Free and local numbers. He helped lead the company strategy and product development, setting priorities according to business value and resolving customer pain-points through software. His products are based on a robust API-first development philosophy and intuitive web applications that simplify the customer experience.
Eastwood is currently a member of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) and the CFCA Trusted Calls Task Force. He is diligently working with other industry leaders to solve industry data and transparency issues using cutting-edge technology.
Prior to ATL, Eastwood worked as an automation engineer with Flowroute, Inc., now owned by Intrado (formerly West), a company that provides leading carrier-quality calling and messaging services. Eastwood holds B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Washington. He currently lives in Seattle.
