Shane Unfred brings more than 25 years of experience to his role as TSG Global’s head of business development and product management. He is responsible for the company’s revenue growth in the strategic enterprise and communication service provider markets. He is also expert at building the kind of strategic partnerships that further the company’s position as an industry leader.
Unfred has successfully held leadership roles within product management, product development, business development, operations and strategy at Level 3 Communications, Qwest Communications, Sprint Corporation, Sprint International, KMC Telecom and Summit Telecom. In 2018 and 2019, he was certified in Blockchain Technologies and Artificial Intelligence by MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in the application and business strategy of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies to telecommunications network services. Unfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado.
